Otherwise, no appointment is needed. We recommend scheduling your visit in advance to save time. **Who will I see at Sutter Walk-In Care?** Nurse practitioners and physician assistants staff our clinics. They can prescribe medications and treatments as needed. All clinics operate under the supervision of a medical director and adhere to physician-developed protocols. **What are your holiday hours?** Sutter Walk-In Care locations are open from 11:00 am –6:00 pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. We’re closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
