Every portal user must create a unique username and password. Registering for your account is simple and takes just a few minutes. Call our team at [855-315-5800](tel:855-315-5800). **What are the username and password requirements?** Your username: - Can’t be the same as your password - Can’t contain spaces or special characters (such as $ % &) - Must be at least six characters Your password: - Can’t be the same as your username - Must be at least eight characters - Must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number (0-9) and one special character (such as $ % &) As an added layer of protection, we’ll ask you to update your password once a year.   **What happens if I forget my username or password?** If you forget your username or password, click the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” link, enter your account information and answer the security questions.
