How to Register

Getting started is simple. To register, you’ll need at least one active sold account with Sutter Health Plan. The process takes just a few minutes, and your account will be ready in two to three business days.

  • Step 1: Go to shplan.org/brokerportal.
  • Step 2: Enter the following information:
    • Agent ID (C-XXXXXXXX)
    • Broker ID (A-XXXXXXXX)
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Your name
  • Step 3: Once approved, you’ll receive an email notification to verify your email address, create a username and password, and provide answers to two security questions.
