Member Portal

Subscribers can change PCPs for themselves and their covered dependents. 

Dependents age 12 and older, including spouses, can change their own PCP if they have a Member Portal account. Your spouse and dependents 12 and older, who have their own Member Portal accounts, can also change their PCPs.

Subscribers can request ID cards for themselves and their covered dependents. 

Dependents age 12 and older, including spouses, can request a new member ID card if they have a Member Portal account. If you’re the subscriber, meaning the primary person on your insurance plan, you can request new cards for yourself and your covered dependents.

If you’re a spouse or dependent age 12 and older on someone else's plan and have registered for your own online account, you can request a new card just for yourself.

You can access information for your dependents under 12 years old. For dependents age 12 and older, you can view everything except for details about their claims. Your dependent will need to grant you access to view this information.

Yes, you can view your past claims and historical information, as well as any current claim information.

Members age 12 and older can register for an account. A parent or guardian must create and manage an account for members under 12.

No. While we can’t register your account for you, Customer Service can walk you through the registration process. Call our team at 855-315-5800.

Please allow two weeks for your new member ID card to be delivered by mail. You can also print a temporary ID card from the Member Dashboard page by: 

• Clicking the “View ID Card” link in the Quick Links bar, or
• Clicking the “ID Card” link in the Correspondences section

When you choose a new PCP, here's what happens:

• The change starts on the first day of the following month. For example, if you pick a new doctor on October 15, they’ll become your doctor on record beginning November 1.
• We'll send you a new member ID card with your new doctor's name. Please allow two weeks for your new member ID card to arrive by mail.

Your username:

• Can’t be the same as your password
• Can’t contain spaces or special characters (such as $ % &)
• Must be at least six characters

Your password:

• Can’t be the same as your username
• Must be at least eight characters
• Must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number (0-9) and one special character (such as $ % &)

As an added layer of protection, we’ll ask you to update your password once a year.

If you forget your username or password, click the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” link, enter your account information and answer the security questions. We’ll email you your username or a temporary password.
