Behavioral Health Benefits With USBHPC
If you need behavioral health services, we're here for you every step of the way. You have access to mental health and substance use disorder (MH/SUD) treatment when you need it through USBHPC. No referral is needed — simply search for providers directly through the USBHPC website.
USBHPC uses evidence-supported clinical criteria to determine coverage for behavioral health services. Members can access the clinical criteria and training resources on the USBHPC website or call 855-202-0984 to request the criteria for making certain coverage decisions.
