I use a comprehensive and holistic approach that considers physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. It’s a priority for me to get to know my patients and educate them so that they know how to take charge of their own health. I’m particularly interested in preventive health, management of chronic issues, integrative medicine, and food as medicine.

I enjoy attending farmer's markets and participating in the local parents' network.

I enjoy cooking vegetarian food, hiking the endless trails of the Bay Area, and spending time with family.
